what we think

After a tumultuous past, this vibrant capital has reclaimed its cool. Don’t be deterred by the crumbling façade of some parts of the city as some of the world’s most progressive and exciting architecture can easily be found. The neighbourhoods are eclectic and it’s not uncommon to see graffiti covered buildings missing walls adjacent to a slick modern development. Maybe it’s an anti-grunge backlash, but in the last few years Berlin designers have been stamping their mark on the city, and everything from the boutiques to the cafes, restaurants, bars and underground clubs are cutting edge and radically cool.
